Colintraive

The Colintraive to Rubha a' Bhodaich car ferry Loch Dunvegan awaits customers on wet and stormy west coast Saturday.

Earlier a group of cyclists used the ferry, the fourth such crossing of the day on their five ferries route from Ardrossan.

The Colintraive ferry, the short crossing to Bute, is often used by people who wish to avoid the sometimes stormy passage from Wemyss Bay to Rothesay.
