Today we dine out. This is my friend who open pop- up restaurant just for today. As concept, it was on her livingroom.
She is genius veggie chef, and on menu were Humburgers: hamburger with tomato hummus and chickpea patty with sprouts and self made tomato ketchup.
As dessert I had coffee and blueberry cupcake.
Most of ingredients she uses is organic, sugar pure cane sugar. All made ​​from spelled, also egg-free and lactose-free. To drink we had alkaline water, organic coffee.
Everything tasted excellent!
Her Ravintolaav<3 was third time open and very successfully. There were constant current of people coming and going.
