Lifeboat Day

It was Lifeboat Day in Tobermory today - an annual event to raise funds for the RNLI which is run completely by volunteers who do a fantastic job. The forecast was terrible and sure enough we got 40 mile an hour gusts and torrential sideways rain. Didn't stop the stall holders or people attending - a hardy lot. The pirate stall was doing a roaring trade even though R's friend who had the tattoos got stuck in Oban because the ferries were cancelled. Here a manacled R is face painting scars onto a willing customer.
