Ahoy!

Despite living right next to Regent's Canal and walking on it most days, I've never actually been on the canal. Until today!

As part of my dear friend's Hen Do, we hired a barge this afternoon and twelve of us travelled west along the canal from Hackney Wick to Broadway Market. We went through about four locks, the biggest of which was this one. Such fun! Great to see an are ayou know so well from a different angle too.
