Catering weekend

A was asked to be the catering assistant for a shooting weekend in a very very posh part of the world!!

7am...breakfast for 15 people..consisting of bacon, eggs and mushrooms or cereal...or both!
baking all morning for the afternoon tea..casually making 4 cakes and icing them and testing them!
Followed by high tea for the younger kids...made macaroni cheese perfectly!
Then, laying out and decorating salmon mousse, grouse, carrots, peas and homemade chips for 33 people. This is the dining room all ready to go!
Then followed by this delicious lemon tart for dessert.

Oh and then brie and biscuits.

I hit the sack at 2.30am but loved it really!!
