Not my finest planting hour...

I threw some stuff into this ugly corner of the garden a couple of years ago and then pretty much forgot about it, as the view was blocked by a vast and vicious berberis. Now the berberis has gone and I can see that I'm going to have to sort it out - underneath the sambucus which is pretty pleased with its life, and the honeysuckle which is on a mission to take over the world, is a tiny clematis which is somehow struggling on despite the snails...and completely buried under all of that a rather depressed viburnum.
