Everything in this pan is home grown!

Mum and I made an omelet for dinner tonight and everything we used as ingredients were home grown!! How awesome is that!! Fresh eggs, home grown potatoes, tomatoes, rocket, onions and peppers. The only thing shop bought was the salt and pepper but they were both made in the outer Hebrides too so I think that's good enough! Think I'm going to try and keep this up for my last week at home before heading back to Uni in the big city. Taking advantage of all this fresh organic FREE food!! :D
