Never a dull moment

Even as we had to wait one hour at this stop signal.

The story behind is simple. Because of forest fires in the area of Houston (the one in Canada), the Highway traffic was diverted. First we passed a beautiful landscape along François Lake, then changing to a dirt road and finally waiting at this signal. The road was too narrow on a stretch of 23 kilometers and therefore handled as one-way road. As we just missed the slot, we had to wait the full hour. At the end the whole detour took us 150 km and 3.5 hours. More important that we arrived safely.
