It's been ages since I've been able to go for a run.
14 year ago I had my knees in such a bad shape, that I could not run at all. Or if I did, once or twice, I needed heavily support my knee.
Yesterday I went for a run, for the second time. No support for my knees - no pain on my knees. That's something to celebrate.
I've been wearing only barefoot shoes now for 2,5 years - that probably has made this possible; all my muscles in my feet are supporting me now, instead of resting in comfy shoes.
I am happy.
