Black and White

I set off on my own this afternoon and took a path I hadn't been down before. I twice startled a grey heron, saw a few butterflies in flight and had to go around these two cows and a lot of others who were in a field where the footpath went. I count myself really fortunate now that I can be right in the countryside about 10 minutes walk from my front door-bliss.
