Someone's having a laugh

Spent 10 minutes queuing at an unattended customer service desk looking at this leaflet. Only person on the tills did make several calls for help but to no avail. People ahead of me had already done 10 minutes when I arrived so whilst I started 4th in the queue I was 1st when someone turned up. Very helpful as it turned out but what is the point of customer service promises if they are so easily broken? And, of course, we did all our grumbling in full view of all the other customers so everyone knew what we thought of the place.
