Wedding shoes and moving blues ...

These are the shoes I wore for my wedding 12 years ago. I hate to get rid of them but we are having to have a major cull ready for the builders moving in and us moving out.

The shoes took forever to dye the same colour as the wedding dress but the shop managed it in the end.

I figure that if I photograph articles that hold memories, it's easier for me to let go of them to the charity shop, eBay, car boot or whatever ... well, that's the theory!
