New hat

Spent the day at work with a headache and feeling knackered as a result of my neck injury from the bike ride on Saturday. Finished work and headed over to Ratho for a massage from Theresa. She spent the entire hour causing me a lot of pain by putting my neck pack in some resemblance of its correct place. Hope it helps.

Our swim packs came last night for the Great Scottish Swim at the weekend in Loch Lomond. Should be a good day despite the 1 mile swim we are down to do. Weather is looking OK as well. Turns out we are in the pink wave this time around.
