General Lying-In Hospital, London

On my way to a fascinating afternoon of jazz, ballet and socialising on the South Bank I spotted this building, which is where my grandmother trained to be a midwife in the 1930s. Something spoke to me about time and lives over-lapping in a rather exciting way.
