Rose and Crown

This pub has been closed for some time. I have been meaning to blip it for a similar period. The signs beside the doors suggest otherwise.

It has been sold now.

Another less than enjoyable day at work which concluded with being kept an hour after my usual finish time by a very irate customer.

He was angry that I could not discuss the account as it was in the name of his wife.

After 30 minutes I spoke to his wife and got her consent to discuss it with him and he was then annoyed about the wording of a letter she had been sent.

It is difficult to resolve a complaint when you are unable to get a word in.
