New recipe

Hummm, trying out a new recipe. It LOOKED the part but I fear that it hadn't been properly proofed. We started to eat and oohed at the lovely flavour and then.... the realisation hit that it was hellishly salty. I even contacted the writer on Twitter to check that it should be three tablespoons and not three teaspoons of salt but apparently yes it was... hummm.

Back to tried and trusted Ottolenghi, I think.
