The Lozarithm Lens

Bowood 2014 #30

I have taken this picture two or three times before but it has been bumped each time for a shot I thought would be harder or impossible to repeat at another time. Each version has been slightly different of course, a greyer sky or a different perspective because of the lens I used, despite being attempts to recreate the picture I took spontaneously at the first attempt, which in itself may be a flawed concept.

I'd called in at Tractor Ted's and learned of new animals due to arrive in the coming weeks, and strolled through the gardens down to the lake, where I noticed a couple of terns among the gulls and geese. A heron was on the far bank and a great crested grebe escorted across the lake its two chicks, who I noticed had learned to dive underwater to fish.
