These very black beasts are favourites of ours, and the field seemed very busy today under these fat cumulous that were in fact dumping rain on Dunoon, seven miles up the road while we walked in the sunshine. The extremely large bull is somewhere in there, though they're all so very black that it's hard to make out which is which - until, that is, he paces majestically across the field, effortlessly matching our pace.

In another field near where we had left the car there was another extended family of cattle, all a pale honey colour, with a pale honey bull clearly the daddy of them all ...
