This makes me smile

It's not a great photo, but something about the juxtaposition of this tickles me...

I suspect it's the combination of red curtains straight out of Twin Peaks, the way nobody on stage is looking at anyone else, and the fact that Andrew Collins [at left] resembles an abandoned ventriloquist's dummy!

In case you're wondering, this blip was captured during teh Q&A after the advance screening of Showrunners, a cracking documentary about how writers rule the roost in US TV. The film was directed by Des Doyle [he's on the right] and I heartily recommend it to anyone with a passing interest in America TV.

The man in the middle is Ronald D Moore, showrunner for Battlestar Galactica, Helix, new Scottish-filmed show Outlander. He was a fascinating speaker, despite how this blip makes it look!
