"calm fitter, healthier and more productive"

Today was spent exercising and making sure that I hit all my Fitbit targets of 10,000 steps a day, 8.05km a day, and 30 minutes of being very active. When all of these targets had been met I then met a friend for coffee, got another coffee to take home with me and then curled up on the bed exhausted and read my book. I am currently working my way through No Reservations, a travel and food book by chef Anthony Bourdain. I really like his style of writing and presenting and I really want his job. Today was a very chilled day, I am indeed getting fitter and healthier, but today I was not very productive, but sometimes you need a day off. Today was my day off.
