We can see the castle ( just)

This is the view from my son's bedroom in the flat he has moved into after moving out of halls of residence in Edinburgh. It is just south of the Meadows and boasts a view of the castle if you lean out of the window. I had borrowed it for a few days to go to the Festival. The flat as yet has no internet hence the back blipping. Its not a great photo because I was experimenting with the iPad with half a mind that I could use it to upload but in the end was far too busy attending Festival events to find a cafe with internet cnnection to keep up to date
