Time at home on the Mac whilst Reuben read to Callum. I had my phone recording them to watch at leisure. A trip to Home Depot for some paint as I'm planning to erase the 6 years of crayons and handprints from the walls as soon as they go back to school. Oh sweet memories, you'll be gone forever behind a wall of white. Is that not symbolic.

Later, we visited our friend James' new house and walked amongst the construction debris. So excited especially by their big beautiful garden, though lamenting the loss of them being incredible neighbors across the road, the daily hi, the unexpected visits. A year of change.
