Afternoon on Monterey Bay

While strolling the cliffs, we spotted this sea otter diving for a late afternoon snack. It was not at all disturbed as these two surfers approached it. They were delighted to get so close. It looked like the otter was munching its catch but I could not get close enough to determine what it was eating.
