Sunday lunchtime ball smacking

Any time I'm back north of the border I try to make it back to Tillicoultry driving range. A concrete plinth sheltered by a spectacular yellow corrugated iron construction. It is part of a rather shamby garden centre full of well loved plants that is run by an incredibly friendly Scandinavian couple. The views from the bays are wonderful, an open expanse of green fields in one direction and the brooding Ochils peering through the 'windows' in the flimsy iron walls.

It's a good job the views are so good to distract from the demonstration of terrible golf being conducted inside.
