And There She Is!

I am not sure why our new Giesen Roaster is a 'she' but I guess it has something to do with beauty or the perception of it. This is the fulfillment of a dream I had over 8 years ago of owning our very own 'Brand New' roaster. All those years ago we had to settle for an old Diedrich built in 1993 and 'she' has indeed been faithful over those years with the odd glitch and mechanical failure - but now we will be able to roast twice as much in one batch if necessary, we are still awaiting the ducting, but right now, she is definitely a beauty!
