Quite a busy morning today. I went for my long Sunday jog then had to rush around to get the family to a friend of our boy's birthday party in town. We then walked around the canal path at Fountainbridge for lunch and to enjoy the sunshine where we saw this chap hauling a big bucket of ice to one of the benches outside. It was my wife who realised he may be doing one of those ice-bucket challenges and sure enough, he really was crazy enough to have someone throw a dustbin full of ice cube and water onto his head.

After all that excitement we spent a very quiet afternoon inside the house!
