Stratford shapes

Samsung issues necessitated a trip to the Samsung shop in Stratford's Westfield shopping centre.

Not altogether successful: they don't look at laptop issues (will have to sort out the power lead problem another way), and the mobile phone operating system update to cure a battery problem also cleared all my phone's apps and settings. I've since spent about two hours reloading the apps.

On the way, I had a good chat with a Walsall fan on the 108 bus (he was on his way to Leyton Orient).
