Rainy reconnoitre

Today the showers all joined up. A perfect excuse to rest our aching limbs from the previous days march. A brief lull in the afternoon gave us time to cycle up the Dee to look at the route up to one of the south westerly Cairngorms, Beinn Bhrotain. From 'White bridge', where the Geldie joins the Dee, the hills lit up briefly in the evening sun to taunt us. Maybe tomorrow if the better weather holds....

P.s. Guess what colour 'White bridge' is? .... red!
