We forced ourselves out today, Kate was not feeling great, but improved as the day went on. She drove me round to ElaineAshAlexMillie&Luke's so I could help take a fridge freezer down the stair then we went to see Allan Jacknally's new house.

Nice day, evening, home a bit late, but happy.
