A little light ..

lunch. After a quietish morning at the foodbank I have returned home. This morning a man had walked 5 miles to pick up a food parcel.. and would have to walk the five miles home with the bags in the pouring rain. He was cold and wet.. we gave him some coffee and biscuits to warm him up a little. He will still be walking home as I sit here.. a light lunch is all that is required having driven the 5 miles to volunteer and driven the 5 miles back again.
