On reflection

147 days since I last lit a cigarette. Its been largely down to having bought one of those electronic jobs that make you look a giant playing a tiny oboe.

I bought responsibly from a UK company who have kite marks, but still can't help feeling its like a lightweight version of heroin/methadone. Neither is good for you but its the lesser of two evils.

Ah well.
