Post Pouring

Spikey, Jenny & I went viral this afternoon, on the internet this afternoon, & joined the stream, the cascade, the torrent of crazed individuals taking part in the charity fundraising Ice Bucket Challenge, helping to raise money for two wonderful charities, ALS & Macmillan.

We enjoyed ourselves, quite bizarrely, albeit cold & wet in the glorious bank holiday drizzle, & we did our bit, dropping each other in it (or rather dropping it on each other) which is what matters the most. Don't forget to do your bit when the chance arises, even if it means throwing a bucket of iced water over your head.

Speaking of supporting a worthy cause, please don't forget to show your support for two keen monkey's running in the Great North Run for the second year on the trot, this year for the Alzheimer's Society. Whatever you can give is so warmly received. Thank you!
