Ready for the "Off."

The Dog's Trust had a sort of open day which Mrs TD thought we ought to support; they obviously expected a large attendance as they held it at the local college instead of their own premises. The weather was nice but the entertainment wasn't spectacular, it included all the usual competitions: dog with the waggiest tail, musical chairs, dog most like its owner - I'm sure that you get the gist.

I parked myself at the start of the time trial course, I suppose health and safety rules prevented them from holding direct competitions between dogs - even though there were several hundred there with absolutely no sign of any fighting. This little chap is all a-quiver on the start line, he is being restrained by a complete stranger while his pet is walking away, apparently in an act of desertion.
