Tablet

After a long day in the office at meeting and noting emails that had come in, it was good to do something different back home.

It is the annual show for the Scottish Government Gardening and Craft Club this Saturday. I've been Chairman for more years that I care to remember.

I am now moving into preparation mode so made some lemon curd tonight. And some tablet. I know electric beaters are not the traditional way; but life's too short!

This batch felt good but I'll have to wait until morning to check. Unfortunately (!?) for the office, if it fails my quality test they'll have to eat it up!
