windswept small dog

Having an Elliott Erwitt moment today.
I often see this little fella, patiently waiting outside shops. Looks like one of those friendly, quiet little dogs. It was a bit blowy today, and I spotted him(presuming 'him') looking rather noble but windswept, sitting into the wind, though he looked at me and the camera when I took this snap.
