Incredible Lamb Biryani

....by our friend Jamie Oliver. I had some lamb over from Sundays supper with friends. It took me longer than anticipated, I cursed, it seemed complicated, I swore & it also used lots of pans. I said "never again!"! But.....it was delicious and I probably will make it another time!
