Ted the Teddy

Spent the morning at Mottisfont today, a National Trust property about half an hour from us. We had sunshine while we explored the Walled Garden but it clouded in by lunchtime, so we went into the house. Upstairs was a lovely exhibition of original works by children's book illustrators, the most well-known of which was Quentin Blake. Some of these small sketches were for sale for nearly £4000...! Mind-boggling... And also fortunate that they were all well above the reach of my 2-year-old!

In one room there was a rack of dressing up clothes, and Ted took rather a liking to this hat.
