Southern Health Listens - Culture and Quality

It’s important that we listen to the views of our staff, our service users and the organisations that work closely with us. We’ve therefore created a campaign called Southern Health Listens and over the next few months we'll be putting in place different ways for you to give us feedback.

One example is a survey that will be run by the King's Fund, an independent charity and ‘think tank’ that will be looking at our culture. Professor Michael West from the King's Fund is leading on the design and analysis of the survey, having previously conducted one of the largest studies of culture in health services.
