Canadian National Exhibition

The CNE is 136 years old this year. We intended to enter through the Princes' Gates but the ongoing construction issues along the harbourfront meant public transit did not stop at the street where this gate has been standing since 1927. So, we went in elsewhere. The weather was perfect (24C, sunny, and a light breeze). Linda and I have not been to The Ex in about 15 years so we felt it was time. We had fun, ate some corn dogs, had a sno-cone, saw the exhibits, and wandered until we ached something fierce. Earlier, we had sailed aboard the Kajama in Toronto harbour. A lovely time with my better half.
