Another day On Granny Duty - so much time spent looking for bugs and slugs

6yo also decided to build a booby trap in his bedroom - to alert him to the presence of burglars. String tied to door handle - then attached to a slipper which was placed on a shelf above his bed. When the door opened - slipper was dislodged from the shelf - 6 yo was laid on the bed - said slipper then hit him on the head

Mentioned that perhaps the intruder should be hit on the head by the slipper - apparently this would not do - H may not wake up unless he himself was hit on the head

Must be some logic in there somewhere
