I don't know what it is.....

...but I like it.

Growing at the side of the road, on a stem so short it barely clears the ground, and less than 1 cm across, it's so easy to miss. And so easy to walk on. Yet it still survives against all odds.

I tried to ID it - and I'm sure it's a native of some sort. But what sort I have no idea.

On such a glorious day it's impossible to stay indoors, to we went for a bit of a totter round the block with the dog and camera in tow.

It was gorgeous out there. And I'm desperate to get into the Park again, but it's impossible at the moment.

Can't wait to see the specialist next week, and get this whole knee thing sorted out.
