Pilze (mushrooms)

G went out for a forage in the forest and returned with much edible bounty.

I stayed at home because I am still ill and not sure how far I can walk.

She found quite a lot of rather good mushrooms - including some really big Steinpilze (Ceps in English) and a beauty of a Hexen-Röhrlinge (a mushroom that turns blue when you cut it, it has no equivalent name in English but it has to do with witches in German). I may film that getting cut.

And you might think that these look a bit manky, but you hardly ever find a mushroom in the forest that hasn't been sampled by a mouse or something else. Clean 'em, chop 'em, cook 'em and enjoy 'em.
