Stichleton Cheese

The alst saturday in the month is farmers market in Bakewell and one of my favourite stalls here is the Stickleton Cheese stall which consists of nothing more than this lady with a barrel of Stichleton cheese, nothing else just this one barrel of cheese.
A classic case of quality not quantity.
