Large poppies at the side of the Tore to Artafeelie road - garden escapees.

Back giving warning twinges, along with other aches and pains, after digging out, and lugging about, a few big lumps of concrete yesterday. Will have a few careful days. After several Summers in succession were spoilt with months of back pain issues, I make a point of heeding the warning signs.
