Ice, iced, blimey!

The nominations had to get my way at some point. What better than a shower of iced water as a cool down from my 7K run this evening. I'm sure that the boys loved the opportunity to soak me with the freezing cold buckets of water. Poppy joined in too. All in a great cause Macmillan's #IceBucketChallenge
