The Wicker Tree

Doing some research for a presentation on Saturday - on the background, the highs and lows of setting up a community cinema - I was looking back and right enough, here's where it all began! (Well, not literally up on that hill:)

The Wicker Tree was a 'sequel' - 25 years later - to The Wicker Man and a lot of it was shot around our area. My review would be - 'nice scenery'. Despite this, it sparked an idea for making a film, starting a community cinema, making another film and we are now in our 5th year of showing films in and around Temple.

It's surprising how much I'd forgotten until looking back and the photos brought it all flooding back! Ain't photography wonderful!
