The board is set!

Had a good day today, had a lazy morning which was just what was needed after the previous week. Then took the kids down to Ponds Forge swimming pool. They have been asking to go there for at least a year, so s we had nothing else to do or anywhere to be, took them down.

They have a couple of water slides which go outside the building and back in again, but unfortunately, both kids are too short to go on them (maybe next year!). However the main pool had a wave machine and circumferencing (not sure if this is a real word or not!) is a rapid river. Kids loved it, so I am sure we will be going back again soon!

Had a late lunch at KFC and watched films at home :)

Unfortunately, photographically was not so successful. I ended up taking a shot of Oscars chess set after the kids had gone to bed.
