No justice

A very common sight in Stockholm, people sitting on the ground begging for money. Most of them Romanian people that can't survive in their country. There is discussion about a law forbidding begging. Of course it is unpleasant for us in Sweden living in wealth to have to meet people in need, to be reminded... Grr is there no law forbidding such egoism?
