The best medicine

Sometimes there are moments in time when all your ails, aches, pains and problems just seem to fade away and this was one of them.

Sitting with my dearest looking over a superb view of the Don valley and beyond with the blonde bombshell running around like a complete fruit cake. Nothing needs to be said it just works. It worked in this very same spot with our Marie and we would pass many a happy hour together putting the world to rights.

To me it just goes to prove that to be really and truly happy for a while genuinely does cost nothing.
