Wild Exmoor

A really happy day today - went over to Exmoor with P where It always makes me feel at one with the world!!
Walked into Culbone and saw our friend Barry who lives there despite and because of its remoteness. We are always able to 'put the world to rights' with him.
Also after months of closure Horner Tea garden had reopened again - good luck to the family who have taken it on from the NT - they are going to serve jacket potatoes, soups and stews through the winter for walkers.
I took this view of Dunkery Beacon from the top of Porlock Hill as P had to take a work call and it was the only spot with a signal!
